I have the secret and it’s worked every time I’ve had a resentment. Trust me, I have far fewer these days (remember, just the one that I can think of) than I used to. Six years ago I couldn’t have listed on one sheet of paper all of the resentments I carried around.

I’ve been flirting with getting in shape for well over a year now and it’s time to take some serious action to make this a true lifestyle habit. So for February I have made the goal to complete 30 thirty minute workouts in thirty days. Y’all know I don’t have the best track record with consistently blogging a project. Remember when I was going to post one picture every day for a year? That lasted something like a record-breaking 8 days.

(LTYM) to produce and direct a local performance of the acclaimed Mother’s Day series of live readings. Northwest Arkansas was one of only 10 locations selected this year from a pool of interested cities for 2012.
